Multiple Payment Options:

2). Bank Product: Use this option to have your preparation fees deducted directly from your refund. **** Please note, the bank charges a $54.95 fee for this service**** 

3). Payment arrangement:  The preparation fee will be debited from your bank account within 2-3 weeks, the same 21-day timeframe as IRS acceptance.
*Only available for taxpayers opting for direct deposit of their refund into a checking or savings account. (ACH Debit Consent Signature Required).* 

        Please submit the following documents to our Virtual Dropbox: 

1. A clear scan or photo of your valid identification (state ID or driver's license).
2. Scans of the Social Security cards for each eligible dependent.
3. All relevant tax documents, including W-2s, 1095-A forms (Marketplace Health Insurance), and any 1099 forms, etc.
4. A digital copy of last year's tax return (applicable for new filers using The TAXculator).
5. For those reporting self-employment income with Schedule C, please submit detailed records of your current year's earnings and expenses.
6. Provide your direct deposit details for a faster refund process.

Please note our processing queue operates on a first-come, first-served basis. We anticipate completing your tax return within 24 to 48 hours. You will receive notification via text, email, or phone to review your TAXculations (refund or balance due) and confirm your preferred payment method before submission.
