Have your tax preparation fees deducted directly from your refund.
Please note: The bank charges a $54.95 refund transfer fee for this service.

3) Payment Arrangement:
Your preparation fee will be debited from your bank account within 2–3 weeks (typically within the IRS 21-day processing timeframe after acceptance).
(This option is only available for taxpayers choosing direct deposit into a checking or savings account. ACH Debit Consent signature required)

• A clear scan or photo of your valid government-issued ID (state ID or driver’s license)
   
• Social Security cards for all eligible dependents
   
• All relevant tax documents (W-2s, 1095-A Marketplace forms, 1099s, etc.)
   
• A copy of last year’s tax return (for new clients of The TAXculator)
   
• If filing Schedule C (self-employment), detailed records of current-year income and expenses
   
• Your direct deposit information for faster refund processing
   

Our processing queue operates on a first-come, first-served basis. We anticipate completing your return within 24–48 hours of receiving all required documents.

You will be notified via text, email, or phone to review your TAXculations (refund or balance due) and confirm your preferred payment method before we submit your return.
